FXGT Deposit Methods
The following deposit methods are available on FXGT.
Available deposit methods vary depending on your country of residence.
The explanations from here on are based on the ones available in Thailand where I live, but please visit the official website to know which deposit methods are available in your country.

Restrictions on withdrawal by deposit method
There are the following restrictions.
From a money laundering perspective, this is almost same for any forex broker.
- If you deposit with a credit card, you can withdraw up to the deposit amount.
- For credit cards, there may be further restrictions depending on the card company.
If you deposit with a credit card, the maximum withdrawal amount is the deposit amount.
In other words, if you make a profit, you can only withdraw the profit by bank transfer.
Although it is a restriction by the credit card company, for example, you may not be able to withdraw money after a certain period of time (several months).
This is because in the case of credit card withdrawal, it will be refunded (withdrawn) by canceling the deposit.
For the same reason, credit card withdrawals may take long time.
How to Deposit into FXGT Account
From here, I will explain the specific deposit method using my account.
As mentioned above, the available deposit methods vary depending on the country or region where you live, but here I will explain the following major deposit methods.

Log in to FXGT
First, log in from the top page of FXGT and display the client portal.
FXGT Client Portal, eWallets
FXGT allows you to hold balances in various currencies and cryptos.
Click “Deposit” in the upper right.
Deposit by Crypto
Select “Crypto”
Select eWallet Currency
With FXGT, you can deposit with the following 4 types of cryptos.
- Bitcoin (BTC)
- Ethereum (ETH)
- Ripple (XPR)
- Tether (USDT)
Confirmation of deposit information and deposit
When you select a crypto, the remittance destination address and QR code will be displayed.
Please send money from the wallet of your crypto wallet.
Deposit by bitwallet
Select “bitwallet”
Notes for bitwallet deposit
Please note that the registered address of bitwallet must be the same as the email address registered in FXGT.
If they are different, please add the same email address as FXGT on the bitwallet.
Enter bitwallet email address and the amount
After selecting the currency to deposit, enter the email address registered in bitwallet and the deposit amount.
Then, click Deposit.
Log in to bitwallet
You will be automatically redirected to the bitwallet homepage, so log in.
In the remittance amount column, the amount you specified earlier is displayed.
Send Money from bitwallet to FXGT
If you deposit to your bitwallet account in advance, the account balance will be displayed here and the deposit process to FXGT will be executed as it is.
If you don’t have an account balance, you can also process your deposit here.
I recommend that you deposit to bitwallet in advance.
Deposit by STICKPAY
Select “STICKPAY”
Notes for STICKPAY Deposit
Enter STICKPAY email address and the amount
After selecting the currency to deposit, enter the email address registered in STICKPAY and the deposit amount.
Then, click Proceed.
Send Money from STICKPAY to FXGT
You will be automatically redirected to the STICKPAY homepage.
You can send money from your STICKPAY account to FXGT.
Deposit by Bank Transfer
Select “Bank Transfer”
Select Deposit Currency and Remittance Destination Bank
After selecting the deposit currency, select the bank to which you want to send money.
In reality, there are not many bank options, so click on the displayed bank.
Confirm Destination Information, Send Money
The deposit destination is displayed.
The destination bank account is displayed.
Make a remittance at the Internet banking or bank counter after making this reservation.
As a remind, although it is written at the top, please enter the reference code exactly as it is displayed in the top area.
After confirming the payment on the FXGT side, it is used to confirm whichi trader made a deposit.
If you don’t know where to enter, ask the bank that sent the money.
Deposit by Credit/Debit Card
Here, I will explain using a VISA card.
The same flow applies to Mastercard and JCB.
Select “VISA
Notes for Credit/Debit Card
There are two main points.
The first point is that you need to send the image (photo) of the card to FXGT.
The image should hide some information so that it cannot be misused.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
The second point is that this is only VISA and Mastercard, but there is a limit to the total number of deposits.
You cannot deposit more than the maximum number of times.
Enter Credit Card Information
I’m sorry for the Japanese screen.
Enter your contact information and credit card information to use for deposits.
If you click “Pay” after entering, the deposit will be processed after the card information is collated.
